Program Overview
The ETC Success Coach & Career Access Advisor will utilize various counseling techniques and assessments to assist scholars with activities that will allow them to discover their personality type, aptitudes, and interests. Additionally, scholars will actively engage in various career exploration opportunities that will assist them in developing 21st century and employability skills, while participating in work-based learning opportunities.
