The CMCSS Early Technical College at TCAT is a unique, hands-on learning experience that allows students a no-cost opportunity to work towards an industry certification while also completing the necessary high school courses for graduation in the state of TN.  Students who qualify can directly enter the adult TCAT program and use funding from TNPromise to complete TCAT diplomas at an accelerated pace following high school graduation.

• Open to CMCSS 11th & 12th graders
• Minimum 2.0 GPA
• On track to graduate - not credit deficient
• 90% Attendance Record
• Discipline Record – no major infractions to be considered for an interview
• Worker Characteristics – strong work ethic, problem solving skills, takes pride in work, works well in team settings
